Shipping Policy

We proudly ship worldwide to ensure that Kordex reaches customers around the globe. However, free shipping is only available for orders within the United States, as international shipping rates remain high.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 12 hours of payment. However, some products are made to order and may require additional time before shipping. If your order includes a custom or made-to-order item, please allow 1 to 3 business days for production. We will notify you if there is any significant delay.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground, depending on weight and destination. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide with full tracking. Please allow 1 to 4 weeks for delivery depending on your location, local customs processing, and carrier performance.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Packaging
