Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of every Kordex product. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns and Exchanges – Standard Items

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
The item is returned in its original packaging
You provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

To initiate a return, contact use in our Contact Page with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We’ll respond with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged item, defect, or an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or product variation, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. If the requested item is available, we’ll process the exchange. Return shipping fees may apply.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

Custom or personalized items
Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused during shipping
Gift cards

Shipping returns

To return your product, refer to our Contact Page to initiate a return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
