Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of every Kordex product. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns and Exchanges – Standard Items

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

To initiate a return, email us at contact@kordexwear.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We’ll respond with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged item, defect, or order error on our part.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or product variation, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. If the requested item is available, we will process the exchange. Return shipping fees may apply.

Charity Collection Items

All items in the Charity Collection are final and non-refundable. These pieces are offered in exchange for charitable donations, with 100 percent of proceeds going directly to support St. Leo Abbey. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to the recipient, they may request a return or exchange within the standard return window. In this case, we will issue store credit or offer an exchange. Refunds are not issued to gift recipients.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the original buyer, any refund or credit will be issued to the original purchaser.

To request a gift return or exchange, please provide the order number or the name and email of the person who placed the order.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused during shipping

  • Gift cards
